Dreams Are Meant To Come True

You Have A Dream Millions Are Waiting For!

Could a man born with a birth defect that caused him to have droopy eyes get very far? A college drop out, expected to end up in an electric chair. Could he have a dream come true? Even when he decided to follow is dream as a movie star and writer, he landed himself a role as a Porn Star Autumn Westin actor in a hardcore Porn Star Autumn Westin movie.

Despite this mans many setbacks, disadvantages, disappointments and shortfalls, he managed to secure and convince production companies to run with his script. It was inspired by a fight between Mohammed Ali and Chuck Wepner. By understanding the the value of his dream and how real it could be, he settled for a wage of less that $300 a week just to star in the movie he wrote and also hold all future rights to the brand - Rocky.

As you probably know, the film was a total success. The film cost about US $1.1 million to make, and grossed about US$225 million worldwide. It was nonimated for 10 academy awards in all including two for Sylvester Stallone himself, the man with the droop eyes. Rocky won best director and best film editing.

Since then, Sylvester Stallone has given us Rocky 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and now Rocky Balboa. Guess what? I havent mentioned his many other box office films like Cobra, First Blood, Rambo, Cliffhanger and many more. Because of Stallone, Rocky is a household name and a hero to millions of people worldwide. He gave birth to a dream millions were waiting for. Are you ready to give birth?

Keji Giwa has a dream for you: To see you as you see yourself, when you are happiest and most fulfilled, all the days of your life.

Your Mission Should You Choose To Accept: To make your dream your reality because millions are waiting to be saved by it.

Your reward Should You Complete Your Mission: To have a life full of LIFE. To be fulfilled, happy and full of joy and satisfaction.

Leave Your Crutches At the Door

There is a common phrase that says, "We are the sum of our choices." Everything in our life has happened because we made choices or others made choices that affected us. Each of us have done wrong, embarrassing things based on choices made at the time. Many people live a life of responsibility and accountability. They lead lives of integrity and exude the vibes of honesty. Yet another segment of people refuse to face the reality of their choices and the damage and consequences they have caused. Which group do you belong to?

If you have ever sustained an injury to the foot or ankle area you know how difficult it is to put weight on that foot. Just the slightest pressure sends explosions of pain through your leg. Instinctively you put the weight on your good foot and try not to fall. Crutches sometimes are the only answer for this type of injury.

Crutches are appropriate for the care of injuries but are often used for inappropriately in other areas of life. Excuses are man's best friend at times. They help cover behaviors that we are not proud of. Instead of fessing up, men tend to look for anything to take the blame for what they have done. I feel qualified to write on the subject because I have used excuses throughout my life. Unfortunately, in my adult life I allowed these excuses to became entangled with my thinking. The result was a man not living a life that reflected honesty, responsibility, or integrity. I lived a phony life void of integrity.

There is a deep dark place that only few of us experience. That place is known as the "bottom." Several things happen at this juncture, regardless of what leads to this place of disgrace and humility.

  • You instantly realize the good things in your life and cling on to them desperately, if there are any.
  • Distorted thinking, rationalizing, and our crutches lose all of the power they previously boasted.
  • You realize how weak you are capable of being and how small you really are.
  • There is a strong sense of God or the emptiness of no higher being at all.
  • Time to take responsibility and accept the current realities of your life.
  • Time for gut wrenching reflection.
then........................
  • Decision time
To move ahead in any kind of honest, healthy treatment or recovery requires the removal of all crutches. Recovery is loaded with pain because we have always used our crutches as our default setting. Every bend in the road of recovery forces us to face the pain of our decisions and choices. Just as we are ready to offer an excuse for our behavior, the crutch is pulled from us. The result is the union of our helpless bodies against the concrete as we fall. No person or excuse is there to catch us. What sounds like a brutal teen porn experience actually is. Fortunately, as we face our demons, insecurities, and distorted thinking, we begin to sense a new found freedom. This feeling is the result of pain, frustration, anger, and much denial. Little by little, the layers of our old self peel off like layers of an onion. Each layer is painful but makes the person one step closer to wholeness. What crutches do you rely on in your life? Imagine shedding them and tossing them into a huge bonfire. It will be the most difficult thing you have ever done, but will also be the most liberating experience of your life. I challenge you to identify your crutches, take on the pain, and walk the road to freedom. Travel on this road requires no crutches!

Is Long Term Care insurance A Wise Investment?

One of the most common objections to investing in LTCi is that some folks feel that they will probably never use the policy since they are in pretty good health now, and they don't want to waste money on something that will never actually be put to use.

So a good question to ask is: What evidence is there that LTCi is a wise and sound investment?

To answer that question, consider this:

Would you consider auto liability insurance a wise investment for a person that has assets that need protection? If so, why?

Isn't it because a good auto liability policy can help protect against financial ruin in the case of a major accident? Now we aren't talking about minor fender benders here. Even though they can cost a few thousand dollars to repair, the real threat to a person's financial assets would be a major accident where individuals are seriously hurt and may require extremely expensive medical treatment, perhaps even for a long period of time. Such treatment can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, and so it is clear that a comprehensive auto liability policy can help protect against such a major financial threat.

Do you have such an auto insurance policy for each vehicle you own?

Would you consider having a home owners insurance policy a wise investment? If so, why?

Isn't it because a good home owners policy can help protect against major damage to your home from fire, flood, and other disasters? Since a person's home is often their most valuable physical asset, it only makes sense to protect yourself against financial ruin that could arise if you had to pay to completely replace your home after a major catastrophe. Such an expense could easily cost hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Do you currently have home owners insurance?

If you see the wisdom in investing in both an auto and home insurance policy, what are the odds that you will have to use either of them to protect against a major financial threat in your lifetime? One in a hundred? One in fifty?

Well, according to the U.S Department of Health and Human Services, the facts are that the odds that a person that is now 65 years of age will need some form of long term care is very significant. Here is a quote from their website: "About 60 percent of individuals over age 65 will require at least some type of long-term care services during their lifetime. Over 40 percent will need care in a nursing home for some period of time.....It is difficult to predict how much or what type of care any one person might need. On average, someone age 65 today will need some long-term care services for three years. Service and support needs vary from one person to the next and often change over time. Women need care for longer (on average 3.7 years) than do men (on average 2.2 years). While about one-third of today's 65-year-olds may never need long-term care services, 20 percent of them will need care for more than five years."

Since a three year stay in a nursing home fifteen years from now will most likely cost just under a million dollars for a couple age 65, it can spell financial ruin for many folks who have worked hard to save carefully all their lives.

Now consider that if you can see the wisdom in investing in auto and home insurance in order to protect your financial plans and goals, doesn't it make sense to complete the circle of financial asset protection by adding long term care insurance, since the odds of your having to use it at some point in your life is so much greater than almost any other kind of insurance you may own?

If so, keep in mind that you can't get auto insurance to cover a major accident AFTER the accident has already happened, if you didn't have the insurance beforehand. Likewise, you can't wait to invest in home insurance until your home is actually on fire and burning down, and expect to be covered.

In a similar vein, the time to invest in LTCi is when you are healthy enough to be able to qualify and keep the rates low.

Internet Use At Work: Does Your Employer Allow Personal Internet Use?

Personal Internet use at work has gotten an increasing number of staff in trouble with their employer.

Some people have even gotten fired in extreme cases for their personal Internet use at work.

If your company has a policy on Internet use at work, you should pay close attention to it especially if you work for a company that has specified limits on your usage. If you dont know if your company has an Internet policy, ask your manager.

If there is one thing you need to be aware of when it comes to Internet usage its that your company can tell what websites you have visited if they want to and you really cant do much to hide your tracks.

Clearing your Internet History on your browser and clearing files you have downloaded dont help to erase the tracks you have left on the Internet.

Similarly dont think that deleting emails in your In Box or Sent Box prevents your employer from reading the content of your emails.

Every email sent and received from your company server remains on your company server regardless of whether you have deleted the emails from your work computer or not.

You have no control over your work email and Internet history and your employers ability to view it.

My friend is an IT support manager and he has told me stories about what websites some of his colleagues have visited and files that they have downloaded because he has central access to the Internet history of everyone in the company.

Typically, personal Internet use at work gets people into trouble when they do noticeable things such as:

    1. Visiting illegal websites or Porn Star Autumn Westin-related websites that trigger some sort of device that the company uses to monitor staff Internet usage.

    2. Downloading large files for personal reasons such as music or movies that slow down company resources and your IT staff start looking to see who or what is causing the problem.

    3. Forwarding dirty joke emails that end up on the desk of someone who doesnt find the joke funny and complains about it.

Even if your company does not have a policy that limits personal Internet use at work and you are not worried about getting into trouble, use common sense when using the Internet for personal use.

Just remember that any email you send and receive and any website you visit from your work computer leaves a trail that your company can follow if they choose to and there is nothing you can do to hide it.

Personal Internet use at work has gotten people fired in extreme cases so make sure you understand your companys policy on Internet usage.

21st Century Email Marketing

I have been hearing from lots of folks who have been struggling with getting their business going online. If you are in that group, rest assured you are not alone.

While I am sure you had many offers for help, chances are, you have not seen anything close to what I'd like to show you today.

I'd like to discuss, with you, the completely new ways -- a simple, dirt-cheap and even FUN way to grow income online. So, if you want your own profit-generating web business, but you're unsure how to go about it, read on ...

Knowledge is not power action is, . . . . appropriate action.

The actions required, for successful Internet marketing and advertising, are usually pretty simple. The question is, will you do them? The answer is usually "no." Why?

It is usually one of three things:

A. You are afraid that the action will not work.

Yes, there is a lot of bad advice out there and you have probably been bitten more than a few times by following bad advice.

B. You go into an "I already know that trance.

Have you ever heard someone give you some great advice and your immediate reaction is, "Oh, I already know that."? What is the next thing you do? You hit the "off" switch for your brain and slip into a little trance of non-action.

C. You feel you do not have the skills.

Feeds and blogs, are easy, and fun. No particular skill is required. For the most part, all that is required is, the ability to copy/paste your message into a "text Box", AFTER the message is crafted in a simple .txt file, and edited for grammar, and spelling. The REAL KEY to your success is to be creative with your message. Use "power words" in your title. DO NOT USE excessive special characters like {!!! ### $$$ ***}. All this will do is immediately identify your message as SPAM.

Be Creative to be Effective.

Above all, KEEP it clean, (There is no need to flood a feed or blog with Best Porn Sites or vented anger).

If you are a serious Internet marketer, well thought out feeds and blogs, may be submitted to search engines and inserted in email campaigns as LINKS to your marketing and advertising opportunities.

This effectively increases your ad exposure, thus, more traffic, and sales.

You, Your Dream, Your Destination, and Your Life

Introduction

"Where you find yourself tomorrow is a function of the decisions and actions you take today" -Akin A. Awolaja

Like the song by Linda Ronstadt, a dream is a wish that your heart makes." To lose a dream is to die a little yourself. It means closing down the part of you that can soar above the reality of your current life to see new and exciting possibilities.

It is important to talk about your dreams to your friends, best is to write-down your dreams that will give you direction, a purpose to work hard and a passion. It is also important to share your dreams with people, who, you feel will be happy with your failure, doing that means you will be more focused and will be carrying a little bit extra pressure.

(You can also read this article on my blog at http://sanjeevhimachali.blogspot.com/ )

RECIPE FOR CHASING YOUR DREAMS

1. DEFINE THE DREAM

First you must know what you can accomplish in your heart and mind. If you are not sure of this, the game is over. You will never accomplish anything if you don't first believe you can. Every action starts with a thought, good or bad. One good thing to do is to write exactly what it is you want to do, become, accomplish. This will make it more real to you, and cements in your mind what it is you really want to do. Sit down with paper and pen. Define EXACTLY what it is in your heart that you dream of. (Hint, the bigger the dream, the harder to achieve...but as long as you are prepared to give what it takes, you'll find a place in the scheme of things.)

2. RESEARCH THE DREAM

Take an action, any actions towards your goal. This starts you physically working to achieve your goal. Do this every day. And review what you have accomplished every week, so that you can see your progress. Write down what you have done to lead you towards your goal, (at least every month for you non writers). This way you can review your steps at the end of each year, and see how you are progressing.

3. PRACTICE THE DREAM

Don't allow negativity to take root. Don't worry if you have a setback. There will be times that you are ill, or not progressing for some reason. Don't make it into a catastrophe! Know that you are progressing even if it is not perfect, and continue. When you make the problem larger than it is, you have a tendency to quit, and in starts the "I don't know why I even thought I could do all this, it is useless" type of thinking. This will destroy all your progress, plans, dreams much quicker that having a little set back will! Be aware of this negative thinking and nip it in the bud. Remember everyone has setbacks, and problems. The ones that are successful just keep going when others quit.

4. REWRITE THE DREAM

If something doesn't go the exact direction you thought it should have, rewrite the situation. If you find that you thought you wanted the big dream, but then you realize that your dream didn't include all the nonsense that goes along with one of those in exchange for your "other dream(s)," (perhaps your family or job?), it is TOTALLY alright to adapt your dreams to accommodate each other. Unfortunately, some dreams require 24-hour dedication to maintain. (Ask any professional who is a megastar in their field.)

5. PURSUE THE DREAM Don't give up. That's the first thing ANYONE successful who is giving advice says, so it MUST be true. (Ok, it's pretty logical that if you DO give up, your odds will go way down...) What I'm really saying is leave no stone unturned. Take advantage of all opportunities, work, work, work at it.

6. LIVE THE DREAM

Remember that each time you sing, play, write, perform, discuss, pitch, etc., you are creating a reality that supports your dream. Don't forget to applaud the little steps, as well as the big. You write a birthday song for your sister-in-law, and it makes her cry with your kindness. Your song is used in a campaign for adoption, and though it didn't earn a dime, it was perfect, and said so much to so many. A peer complimented your writing at a recent song pitch. You were the hit of the community musical. GOOD FOR YOU! It all matters.

All these things make us more professional, and give us the reasons for doing the work. They are as important as the royalties, and enrich our life of music. Don't overlook them.

7. APPRECIATE YOUR DREAM

Did you know that most of your little steps are someone else's big dream? Some people would give a great deal to have the opportunity to perform ONE karaoke song in front of an audience...or have anyone use a song for any reason....or play a great guitar lick...or own a computer...or you name it. Appreciate the skills and opportunities God has blessed you with that you might even have a dream.

Remember that success is built on all our little decisions we have made over a period of time. It doesn't come in overnight, but is built brick by brick. That is why it is so important to write down our accomplishments every week. So you can see them! This way we can see the bricks we are using to build with, and make corrections along the way.

Your SWOT Analysis, to Chase your Dream

Going after the dream can feel so daunting it's often easier to have the fantasy than to live it. Here's my basic philosophy. I don't want to get to 80, look back at my life and think "Ooops! I wish I had..." I want to know I've lived all the life I've been given, whatever that means. So what are your dreams?

What's Holding You Back?

A. I might fail (public humiliation)
B. I might succeed (other people's high expectations)
C. It's too difficult at my age
D. I'll never find the time
E. People will think I'm 'too big for my boots'
F. I don't know how to begin
G. Who am I? There are other people far more qualified
H. I don't have enough self-confidence

It's All Right to Be Frightened

Fear, concern, anxiety are natural feelings so don't expect to be entering a new venture without some pretty intense emotions. You have to decide whether you're going to give them more room in your head than the excitement, anticipation and joy that are equally present. If you listen too much to the anxious feelings, they'll tell you to stop before you begin. Get an image in your head of you at your most successful and let her have more room than the 'little' you that will keep you small if you let her. Draw a self-portrait of your successful self. Start a scrapbook and put her on page one. One of my scrapbooks is filled with cartoons, my own drawings (really bad ones I might add!), poetry (mine and others), clippings from magazines and newspapers, anything that helped me define my dream.

Identify the Skills You Already Have

Being a successful requires courage, tenacity, planning, determination and flexibility. All those qualities are also required for any new venture. For one-month keep a journal in your scrapbook of everything you do in your daily life and the qualities and skills you use to do them. Then imagine yourself in your new activity and list the skills you'll need, marking a tick next to the ones you already have.

Keep Your Feet On The Ground

Be realistic. You may dream of being a ballet dancer at 45, but it's mighty unlikely to happen. However, you could get involved in set design, costume making or any number of related areas. One of the problems that people with impossible dreams encounter is that they make them so big, that not only is it unlikely they'll be able to achieve them, it is equally likely that they will be the best excuse never to begin. I'm a great believer in impossible dreams (I have them myself.), but make sure they can be broken down into 'bite-size' chunks, so that you can see a beginning, middle and end to each chunk. If my dream is to be a Booker prizewinner I can stay in my head autographing first editions and never start the first page. Or I can keep a journal every day, send a short piece into the parish newsletter and write letters to the editor of my favorite magazine as a way of practicing my skills as a writer.

Networking

Go through your address book and see if there's anyone amongst your current friends, relatives and acquaintances who knows something about the area you are interested in. Don't think in terms of what they can do, rather what or who they know. Identify who's already doing what you want to do and ask to pick their brains. It may seem quite a bold thing to ask but, in my experience, people are usually quite generous about telling others what they know (good for their ego too) and will give not only useful pointers but will alert you of pitfalls as well.

Learn To Sell Yourself

If you don't think you have something to offer, why should anyone else? You don't have to wave a banner to sell yourself, but self-deprecation won't do it either. An exercise to do with your support group is to imagine yourself as a product. What's special about you the product? Why would someone want to 'buy' this product? Who are your 'customers'? How will you reach them? Odd questions to ask yourself, but they will put a new slant on looking at yourself more objectively. Then you need to create a Marketing Plan to launch this new product onto the world.

Create Your Marketing Plan: Back To The Future

I know this sounds obvious, but the number of people I've met who have huge dreams and no plans astonishes me. The best way to make a plan that I know is to start with your end point and work backwards. Begin with your goal and think of what would have happened just before you reached it, then what would have happened just before that, and so on till you reach the present day. Draw a graph of what needs to happen when and be clear about the milestones those key elements that must be in place for your plan to work well. Put people's names next to the milestones. And most important of all, make sure you create a budget so you know what resources you'll have to call upon at each stage.

A plan should make you feel supported, secure and freed up. If it feels like a burden, you've got the wrong plan.

Conclusion

Dreams are important, a first step to move up and high in life. Have a dream and then work hard, harder and hardest to achieve your dream. Had it not been for a dream, we would not have been in this world as we are living today.

Dreams are extremely important. You can't do it unless you can imagine it. -- George Lucas

To achieve the marvelous is precisely the unthinkable that must be thought. -- Tom Robbins, Jitterbug Perfume

And as written by one writer:

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,
When the road you're trudging seems all uphill,
When the funds are low and the debts are high,
And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,
When care is pressing you down a bit-
Rest if you must, but don't you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns,
And many a fellow turns about
When he might have won had he stuck it out.
Don't give up though the pace seems slow -
You may succeed with another blow.
Often the goal is nearer than
It seems to a faint and faltering man;
Often the struggler has given up,
Whe he might have captured the victor's cup;
And he learned too late when the night came down,
How close he was to the golden crown.
Success is failure turned inside out -
The silver tint in the clouds of doubt,
And you never can tell how close you are,
It might be near when it seems afar;
So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit -
It's when things seem worst that you must not quit.

Looking forward to your comments and feedback Have a great day and take care.

Meant for Pleasure Sex Toys

Exciting intimate relations are what we all crave and female lovemaking can really get hot when the feeling is right. Lesbian sex toys can be just what you need to light that fire of desire. The secret of performing good oral sex with your partner is talking. The art of female oral sex is not only about the experience of the mate; your partner must let you know what she needs and how she likes it.

It is a good idea to think about what mood you want to create when you are buying a lesbian sex toy; if it is your first time to be with the woman of your dreams, you might want to try a sex toy that will help her to feel good. The vibrator is ideal for stimulating the sensitive G-spot and all of your sexual pleasure zones that can help both of you achieve an orgasm.

Many times in a new relationship the expectation level is very high for both participants and sometimes the desire to satisfy your mate can sometimes add to the challenges that's already aparent. It takes focus to get to know each others likes, and a lesbian sex toy like a dong can be just the thing you need to help you discover all of her secret spots. And double ended dildos make mutual pleasuring sexy.

High Barrier with Low Profit

Conventional wisdom says that when you create a high barrier of entry for your business, it will be harder for new competitors to enter. As a result, your profitability will be high, right? Ehm, you are wrong on this one. Several excellent examples show that despite the validity of high barrier, it does not guarantee profitability. In fact, some lower barrier business can thrive in this business.

The truth is, many people equate high barrier business with high capital requirement. Capital creates barrier but that creates setback too. When you spend so much capitals on your business, it is harder for your business to turn a profit. Look no further than Amazon.com (AMZN). In the early part of the decade, Amazon was busy erect nipplesing barriers for its business, expanding its selection from books to lawnmowers. That strategy seemed to work well for Amazon but it takes them a whole lot of time to be profitable. Congrats to early Amazon.com shareholders. You would do well as the company has turned profitable for the last few years. However, cumulatively, Amazon still lost a combined $ 2.02 Billion since its existence.

That alone should deter you from investing in companies depending on capital to erect nipples barriers. For one, the future is uncertain. The longer it takes to be profitable, the higher risk it won't achieve that. Heck, I can even give you more examples of high barrier low profit proposition. How about the airline industry? Sure, nowadays, the barrier to entry is a lot lower. But, you still need to spend all those capitals to hire fleet, pilots and so forth. So far, the only established airlines that consistently make a profit is Soutwest Airlines (LUV).

You might say that low capital business cannot compete with high capital business. That thought again is wrong. How about restaurant operators such as Mc. Donalds? Opening a restaurant does not take that much capitals. How about creating an information based website such as CNET.com or MySpace? While these business has lower capital barrier, if you can make your product & service unique, you will be on your way.

While high capital is a barrier for new competitors to emerge, it does not guarantee profitability. Meanwhile, low capital business may have thousands of competitors springing up each day. But, with your business unique proposition, your business can thrive and profitability will be on the horizon. Therefore, creating barriers with high capital expenditure is not a prerequisite for business success.
